after a long use of the engine, the exaust hole on the cilinder can be deformed by the exaust weight and the vibrations, this tool allow to correct the allignment between the exaust and the cilinder hole
warning:
using this tool you enlarge the housing coupling in the cylinder, most of the time the article M8G flange copensate the milled material, but on very old engine this is not possible, sorry.
