Miniplane Start Guard reduces the risks when starting the paramotor.
The system works in 3 conditions :
1 = OFF / 2 = protection / 3 = ON
OFF position The engine cannot be started
no energy consumption
Ideal during storage
ON position the engine can always be started
no energy consumption
you can choose when you want to quickly restart the engine in flight (thermal flying)
Position 2 = Protection active In protection mode, the engine can start but a pre-set rpm value cannot be exceeded (3000 RPM)
The rev limiter prevents unwanted acceleration, to deactivate it the pilot must consciously press a button. The protection reactivates automatically after the engine is switched off.
