the distance bars come without holes for the frame clips
mounting measures must be respected when making the holes, to obtain the best stability of the machine it is very important to respect the measure as on the following scheme
size M L or XL depends from the harness size (not from the frame),
example : on a frame L with M harness, the J bars must have the M size
