They limit the down pivoting mouvement of ABM bars and protect the frame.
A- = same as A, without a metal plate (it can be removed from version A)
A+ = same as A, plus a 10mm plastic screw (the one yust mounted on the frame with rigid cage)
B+ = same as B, plus a threaded extension pin
